A mix of 20% Wildhorse Kentucky Bluegrass, 20% Arc Kentucky Bluegrass, 15% Fastball 3GL Perennial Ryegrass, 15% Provost Perennial Ryegrass, 5% Creeping Red Fescue VNS, 15% J-5 Chewings Fescue, and 10% Laser POA Trivialis. A fast growing mix great for most projects, requires a moderate fertility program. An adaptable mix to many soils. New seeding rates 7-10 lbs per 1,000 sq ft.

Note- Our grass seed is 100% raw seed. In a 50lb. bag of coated seed, you’re only getting 25lbs of seed and 25lbs of coating and applying twice as much to cover the same as you would with a 50lb. bag of raw seed. If a coated seed bag costs $2.00/lb. – you’re technically paying $4.00/lb for raw seed which is a complete rip off.

Only one type of material can be delivered at a time. If you want, for example, stone and mulch or mulch and firewood, you need to call the office at (630) 686-8880 to place an order. The maximum quantity for dirt and stone is 6 yards. For larger quantity orders, please call the office, as we may run into weight issues with our trucks. Larger quantities are available, but delivery pricing must be adjusted for larger semis.
